Women’s Leadership

Empowering women to lead with purpose has been at the heart of Junior League of Lafayette’s Mission since its founding. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and community partnerships, our leadership programs inspire confidence, and service among women and girls of all ages.

The Spark Teen Board (2022) inspires the next generation of female leaders, equipping high school juniors and seniors with leadership skills and volunteer opportunities. Participants gain invaluable experience while contributing to the League’s Mission, fostering a culture of service and empowerment.

And through our External Board Placements, Junior League of Lafayette Members serve on local nonprofit boards and advisory councils across Acadiana. These placements offer Members valuable leadership experience while strengthening partnerships that create lasting community impact.
